CaribicCasino.com has been out since 2015. So, we thought it was time that we reviewed them.
We cover all the normal stuff – their banking options, promotions, games, software and more – that they offer their customers in 2023.
Read our review below to discover what we think CaribicCasino.com is doing well… and the things we think they can improve.
They’re a newer casino owned and operated by EveryMatrix NV Casinos. They’ve been in business since 2015, so between 1-2 years at the time we first wrote this review.
They’re apparently associated with Omni and Fly Casino, as both casinos recommend Caribic Casino when you go to their mobile site. Both call Caribic a ‘sister brand’ and share the same VIP program, too. However, Caribic is owned by a different company than Fly and Omni are.
Caribic Casino is licensed by the governments of Malta and Curacao.
They’re still a new casino, so it’s still too early yet to tell. Information is scarce, too, but here’s the little bit I managed to find…
They have 7 complaints on AskGamblers.com between October 2015 and December 2016. Every single one of them has been resolved, which is great to see. They have a 9.73 out of 10 rating, and are a ‘Certified Casino.’
Then they have an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 on LatestCasinoBonuses.com.
What they don’t have (that I could find) are any endorsements or accreditations, like from WizardOfOdds.com or Casinomeister.com. But they don’t have any scam or scandal accusations I found, either, nor are there any major complaints to report.
So, while too new to say, I’d say their reputation is okay, which is about as good as it’s going to get for a brand-new online casino.
Caribic Casino does not accept players from the following countries:
You can contact Caribic Casino using the following channels:
Caribic Casino support is available in English, Slovak, Czech, Russian and German languages.
I sent them an email to ask about their banking limits. They responded quickly (under 24 hours each time) and were helpful.
They have an FAQ page www.caribiccasino.com where they answer questions revolving around account issues, registration, banking, tech, bonuses, games and more.
The banking options they accept depends on what country you’re from, and even the currency you’re banking in.
I just used the default option when I was there. These are the options and limits they gave me.

They only show cash out options if you log-in. However, most of these options above can be used for cashing out.
The currencies they accept include:
I didn’t see any listed in their terms. But while doing some outside research, I came across a review that claimed they have a $2,000 weekly and $4,500 monthly cash out limit.
If this is true, it’s absolutely ridiculous, which is why I didn’t want to just take that website’s word for it. So, I sent CaribicCasino.com an email and asked them about it. Here’s what they had to say (emphasis is mine):
We do not have any daily, weekly, or monthly withdraw limits. It does apply for progressive jackpots as well.
So, it doesn’t look like they have any caps on how much you can cash out. However, there’s a good chance most cash out options do, which means you’ll want to check those out for yourself if that’s a concern.
In addition to the bonus, you’ll also receive 50 free spins on the Aloha Cluster Pays slot machine. You’ll receive your free spins immediately, compared to most casinos who give them to you in chunks.
The playthrough on this offer is 35x the deposit + bonus. This is a bit steep, but not much different (depending on the offer) from the playthroughs at their sister brands, Fly and Omni.
They have a few other offers:
That’s it for their evergreen offers, which is sort of surprising considering how many offers Fly and Omni Casino have.
However, they do run limited time promotions. For example, they have a $500 bonus + 50 free spins offer running right now. It ended a couple days after we reviewed their casino (which is why we didn’t want to include it above). The point is, you’ll want to be a newsletter subscriber or bookmark their promos page so you’re informed of these offers when they first come out.
These vary from offer to offer. However, I noticed there are a few constants. For example:
Keep in mind that these are general terms, and the terms for the offer you’re claiming may be different.
They have a Rewards Club. It’s hard to tell exactly what it’s called, but if you go by the picture on their VIP page, it looks like it’s called the Treasure Chest Rewards Club.
This club is accessible by invitation only. They say you can’t apply or ask to join. When you play and earn enough points, you’ll receive an email to join and/or as you move up in levels.
Here’s what their program looks like, along with the perks you can receive:

This program is identical to the ones found at Omni and Fly Casino. But with a little angle, such as the name, pirate theme and invite-only access, it feels different.
CaribicCasino.com works with a few software companies, including:
This is a bit different than their other sister casinos (Fly and Omni) who use Playtech. This doesn’t necessarily make Caribic better, but you will have more games to play – 600+ here vs. 200+ at the other 2 casinos - and you’ll have more variety here.
The games are sorted into the following categories:
You can also filter games based on software provider, alphabetical order, popularity and more.
Now let’s look at some of the games you can play. In no particular order…
There are a few variants where the biggest difference is in the table stakes offered.
There are several variants here that revolve around different table limits.
These are games that have progressive jackpots. Some of your options include:
The most popular and highest paying machine – by far – is Mega Moolah. This machine has paid tens of millions of dollars to people over the last decade.
They don’t have video poker listed anywhere in their navigation. The only way I could find these games was to use search for ‘poker’ using their search bar.
This is one of the more impressive live dealer casinos I’ve come across. They have more than 30 games to choose from. That said, the key differences between a few of these games – especially the baccarat and blackjack tables – are the stakes, dealers and times the games are available.
The casino is available using your browser (instant play), which means it should be compatible with Macs, Windows and Linux users.
They have a mobile casino, too. All you need to do is go to CaribicCasino.com, and they’ll redirect you to their mobile site – no download or app needed.
They’re not bad.
What I really like about them are all their games – especially the 30+ different live dealer games. They have lots of slots, too, as well as a good variety of table and video poker games.
They don’t have a lot of offers, though. The offers aren’t very big, either. They all have a relatively high playthrough at 35x the deposit and bonus (70x total). You can’t play most, if not any, table game to clear their offers, either.
And I’ve heard that some of their games are only available in certain jurisdictions due to the regulations placed on some software providers. I’ve seen that firsthand being in the U.S. and having to use a VPN just to see any games they offer.
That’s the extent of my complaints about them, though. If you can look past or even skip the bonuses, then CaribicCasino.com might be worth a closer look.
This casino does not let 90% of countries play there. Then if you use a vpn they refuse your bonus After I register. OK games but do not believe them about the bonus. Another average Maltese casino.
Good betting with my card here and they have no min/max for cashout which I like as it seems they have some money backing them. VIP is invitation only but they invited me after I won $3k. French Roulette and roulette pro are paying for me BTW.
I like this casino for the design as much as anything. Good options for deposit and no limits on withdrawals which is awesome if you hit a progressive. These guys have got some money guys! Old favorites like Chase and Game of Thrones as well.
