So, you want to know more about Sloto Cash, eh?
I don’t blame you. You can never be too careful about where you gamble online these days.
The good news is you’ll find all the information you need below. Our review answers all the important questions about Sloto’s banking, games, offers and more.
To make things simple for you, we’ve split up our review into the following sections:
And immediately below we cover some basic information about who Sloto Cash is and who can play here.
Without further ado, let’s jump into the review.
Sloto Cash is an online casino owned by Deck Media.
Honestly, they don’t say anything else about them on their website. This sucks because you it causes you to wonder why – are they hiding anything? – and lots of people like to know who they’re doing business with …and who they’re sending their hard-earned money to.
Anyway, we did some digging elsewhere and found out that Sloto launched in 2007. And they’re located in Curacao and are licensed in/by the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles.
And …that’s about it.
There are some complaints when you search “Slotocash Scam” in Google, but most of them are 5-7 years old – which is too old of information to rely on.
On AskGamblers.com they have a pretty even mix of resolved and unresolved complaints. But it’s not as if Sloto Cash has to answer to anyone, much less some random review portal.
And ThePogg.com – surprise, surprise – doesn’t recommend them. But they also have issues with Deck Media and Engage Entertainment as a whole. Who knows how much of that bias is carried over to Sloto Cash.
That said, ThePogg.com did mention an instance where Sloto Cash sent a player’s cash out to their card. This resulted in that player’s card getting locked. Sloto Cash did nothing to help them out.
ThePogg.com holds this against them. But I don’t think that’s fair.
Sloto Cash is an offshore casino, which means it’s illegal for them to serve US players. And while it may not be illegal for you to play on their site – because this varies from state to state – it IS illegal for banks to process payments to/from these sites.
People who gamble online know that – or should. And this player ended up getting caught. So, I don’t see how that’s Sloto Cash’s fault or responsibility.
That’s the biggest and most relevant complaint ThePogg.com has about them. But you can see an entire list of their complaints and sources on their website. I checked the top 4-5 links and they’re all several years old. So I wouldn’t give any of them too much weight.
Not to mention you have no idea if these players were helped at a later date, but didn’t come back to update their original complaints.
In short – I didn’t find anything major. And I wouldn’t worry much about the little stuff I did find.
Only players located in the United Kingdom, Costa Rica, Moldova and Israel are prohibited. Everyone else – including US players – can create an account at Sloto Cash and play for real money.
But there are some exceptions, however, as it looks like players from New York, Kentucky, Washington State, Maryland, New Jersey, Louisiana and Missouri state are prohibited.
The first stop you can make is their FAQ page. This covers the very basic questions many players tend to have about bonuses, banking options, limits, software and more.
If that doesn’t work for you, you can reach out to them using one of the following channels:
They’re also one of the few online casinos to offer support via Skype. Though, if I’m being honest, I’m not sure I would want an online casino to have my instant messenger details. I don’t have experience with it, but I don’t think it’s a stretch to think that a casino might use this as a way to bug you to play more.
Here are the banking options Sloto Cash accepts:
Payment Method | Bonus on Deposit | Processing Time | Deposit | Withdrawal |
---|---|---|---|---|
VISA | Yes | Instant | Yes | No |
Mastercard | Yes | Instant | Yes | No |
American Express | Yes | Instant | Yes | No |
Skrill (Moneybookers) | Yes | Instant | Yes | Yes |
Neteller | Yes | Instant | Yes | Yes |
ECO Card | Yes | Instant | Yes | Yes |
Bank Transfer | Yes | Instant | Yes | Yes |
Direct Money | Yes | Instant | Yes | Yes |
Bitcoin | Yes | Instant to up to 1 Hour | Yes | Yes |
It’s really good to see bitcoin on there – especially since they accept it for both deposits AND withdrawals. Everything else is pretty standard.
They say nothing about deposit limits – everything they mention is in the chart above.
For cash outs, limits for US players will range from $100 to $3,000. It all depends on the option you use. For everyone else, limits range from $25 to $3,000.
And for most options you’re limited to 1 cash out request per method per week. The exceptions are for the e-wallets – you can request as many cash outs as you’d like.
Other than that, they limit you to $4,000 per week on your first cash out, and then $5,000 per week thereafter. And if you win $20,000 or more, they will pay you out at the rate of $5,000 per week until the balance is paid in full.
And while limits suck, these are pretty reasonable compared to most (US-facing) casinos we reviewed that limit you to $2,500.
The only fees are for checks ($30) and bank wires ($60). Keep in mind this is ON TOP of any fees your bank may charge you.
There are a few promos running. They don’t have as many deals as you might find at one of their other casinos. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
Here are the details.
This is a match bonus split up over two deposits:
All-in-all, you need to deposit $1,500 to take full advantage of this offer.
Every dollar you wager will earn you points. The number of points you get will depend on the games you play. Every 100 points you accumulate will earn you $1 in cash back.
The downside to this offer is that you’ll need to wager approx. $10 for every point you want to earn – at minimum. I base this off their VIP program, which offers 1 point for every $4-$7.50 you spend (depending on your tier).
This is relatively standard. Some casinos have better ratios, while others are worse. It just depends on where and what you play. But my overall thought is this is a tad stingy.
If you don’t want a deposit bonus – because you don’t want to have to comply with any bonus terms – you can opt for 25% cash back on any deposit you make. This is a neat deal you don’t see offered at many casinos.
Sloto’Cash offers several mobile promotions, too. All the details are below.

They have a few other offers, too, but because they’re limited time deals, it’ll make more sense for you to check out and bookmark their promotions page.
They have a 3-tier ‘exclusive’ VIP program. You will need to send in your security (banking) documents and be an active member to qualify.
The 3 tiers in their program include:
Each one comes with perks. For example, you could get:
And more. The perks get better the higher your VIP status.
Here are the terms for their offers:
Their other offers will have a 10x to 40x playthrough (on the deposit + bonus), depending on the game you play. If there is no rollover, the default is 60x. And all action on blackjack, video poker, craps, American roulette, baccarat and other table games and non-slot games, will not count (unless they say otherwise).
There are a few:
Here’s a list of games you can expect to find on Sloto Cash:
Many of their video poker games come in multi-hand (1, 3, 10, 52 and 100) variants, too.
The live dealer section is a new addition – Sloto Cash only just added it this past November. You can play for as little as $1, except for blackjack, which has a (relatively steep) $10 minimum.
I’m glad to see they added live dealer games. My one complaint is that it’s only available in the download. There are so many reasons to choose browser casinos over downloads. Not only that, but it’s the only option for Mac and Linux users.
Hopefully this is something Sloto’Cash will change in the near future.
This isn’t their entire list, but it should give you a good idea of what they offer and all the different kinds of slots you can play. You can expect to find slots with 3, 5 and 6-reels, progressives, video slots, classic machines, slots with features, bonus rounds, and more.
Sloto Cash Casino uses Real Time Gaming. This is unlike some other Deck Media and Engage Entertainment brands that use multiple software companies, including Rival, Betsoft and Parlay.
More than 150. Just the list of slots above comes out to 75 machines – and that’s not even all their slot machines. Then you still have their table, video poker and other casino games on top of that.
The biggest improvement I think they can make is to add even more live dealer games. More and more US-facing casinos are adding them to their library, which means any casino that doesn’t is only falling further behind the competition.
They do have a download. The benefit to this – especially for older casinos – is that all the games are available in the download, whereas sometimes they’re not all available in the instant play casino.
But Sloto Cash has an instant play casino, too. This is a good option if you don’t want to bog your computer down with a bunch of heavy files, or if you’re a Mac or Linux user.
There isn’t a mobile app, but they do have a mobile-compatible casino. Just go to Sloto Cash from your mobile device and they’ll redirect you automatically.
There are 50+ mobile games you can play, which pales in comparison to their online casino. But it’s much better than the 10-20 mobile games they used to have a couple years ago.
Android and Apple devices will have no problems here. But BlackBerry and Windows phones and tablets will be hit or miss.
They look like a decent casino.
I wouldn’t mind seeing a few promotions. Their terms are a tad high, too, though definitely not the highest.
Other than that, I’d like to see them expand their live dealer section and a few more mobile games added.
On the upside, I like seeing bitcoin as a banking option. Their cash out limits are higher than many US-facing casinos, too – including several of their own.
Do we recommend Sloto Cash Casino?
Though I found a few complaints, the honest truth is that all online casinos have them. And I didn’t see anything else that would push me to blacklist them, or to tell you to steer clear.
I do think there are better casinos out there – casinos with more games, mobile options, bonuses or even additional gambling options.
But if you’re looking for a simple online casino – a place where you can play a few games, clear a few offers and have decent banking options to choose from, Sloto’Cash fits.
Check them out.
