High Carb Low Fat diet is the only diet you need to know right now. If, you are one of us and have tried anything and everything in the books. Then wait, till this diet slay you off all your previous diet predicament.
High Carb Low Fat diet clearly states that crabs are good for us as it gives us ample of energy to go through our day. Nonetheless fat by it’s name should be low in our food and our bodies. It’s the fat we are trying so hard to get rid off not the energy we need every day.
Makes sense, Right! All along we been troubled by our decisions to have less carbohydrates in our diets. Leaving us to drool over breads, pastas, rice etc.
Now, like always there is a catch. This HCLF diets comes with a clause that the carbohydrates should mostly come for our vegetables and fruits. Clean eating and no refined or processed food should be taken.

Now, what can we eat? How can we know which are good carbohydrates and which are bad?
Good Carbs/Complex Carbs = Fruits, Vegetables, Whole Grains (oats, rye, quinoa, rice, etc), Beans, Legumes, Pasta, Potatoes.
Bad Carbs/Simple Carbs = Fructose and Glucose which are found in white flour/starch (white bread, white refined sugar) and are “empty calories”. One thing to stay away from is high fructose corn syrup found in sodas and processed foods.
This HCLF diet also states that VEGANISM is the way to go. Not only it is better for your body but also better for the overall environment.

What should my HCLF diet consist of if I’m a beginner?
Start your day with healthy dose of oats not with milk with water or milk substitutes unsweetened soya milk, coconut milk, almond milk. Smoothies are a great option too.
Lunch should be a momo fruit platter. Watermelon, papaya, cantaloupe, melon, mango and fruit that takes your fancy and have it till you feel you can’t have it no more.
Dinner could be a big bowl of salad or rice or dal soup with very less salt in it.
Veganism is slowly getting mainstream around the world. Food and environment awareness is the key that unlocks the on going health problems.
