Jamun Martini
Ingredients:
- 60ml Vodka
- 60ml Homemade Jamun Decoction
- Lemon juice – Dash
Method:
- Pour Vodka and the Jamun Decoction in a shaker and fill it with ice
- Add dash of lemon juice in the same.
- Shake well
- Double strain the same into the Martini glass
- Garnish it with 3 Jamuns on the stick and place it in the glass
Jamun Frozen Margarita
Ingredients:
- 60 ml tequila
- 60ml Homemade Jamun Decoction
- 15 ml Cointreau
Lemon juice – Dash
Method :
- Pour Tequila, Jamun Decoction, lemon juice and Cointreau in a blender
- Add ice
- Blend all the ingredients
- Rim the margarita glass with black salt
- Pour the same in the glass with help of bar spoon
- Garnish with a piece of Jamun on the rim
- Black salt for rimming the glass
Jamun Mojito
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Bacardi
- 60ml Homemade Jamun Decoction
- Mint leaves – 3-5
- Lemon chunks – 3-5
Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice – Dash
Method :
- Mint sprigs muddled with simple syrup and lime juice.
- Add white Rum and Homemade Jamun Decoction and top it up with soda water.
- For garnish, throw some Jamuns in the cocktail and put a mint sprig and Jamon on a stick for the rim of the glass.
- Served on crushed ice with straw and stirrer.
Jamun Caprioska
Ingredients:
- Vodka – 60ml
- 90ml Homemade Jamun Decoction
- Lemon Chunks : 3-5
- Mint Leaves : 3-5
- Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice – Dash
Method :
- Lemon chunks and Mint sprigs muddled with simple syrup and lime juice.
- Add Vodka and Homemade Jamun Decoction and top it up with soda water.
- For garnish, throw some Jamuns in the cocktail and half cut Jamun on a stick in the glass.
- Served on ice in an old fashion glass.
